Question about using a messenger program on smartphone

If i was to use a messenger program like the agile one what sort of grps charges would i be looking at?

Agile Messenger v2 beta has a built in traffic counter. Not sure how accurate it is. Or if you have the SPV/e100 try imeter or All Locations GPRS tracker.
