Anyone Hard Reset an I-Mate Voyager (aka Smartphone 2)?

Just curious if everything was ok after a hard reset? I am getting one in the mail soon and want to avoid any problems like the one here with the XPhone: http://modaco.com/viewtopic.php?t=105031

The Orange E200 is the same phone and I've made a step by step guide on my site showing how to do this here. I personally had no problems after the Hard Reset.
