Displaying the day of the week in the clock plugin...

Anyone know how to achieve this?

I would like to have the day of the week appear next to the current time... By using the standard clock plugin if possible.

Head for settings > regional settings, and change your 'locale' to 'english (new zealand)'

Then look through the options (on the same screen) for 'long date style'
