help!!! a "virus-type" error on my sap

citizens...my sap has a problem, it hangs for 30 mins and bcoz of impatience, i removed the battery and replace again. but then, a "virus-type" error occurs in my sap! all my settings cannot be changed and my contacts have been perished, but my games and apps installed are still there!!! how can this happen and why? im asking for ur help pls...

thnx for the concern...whew! bilis ng reply!!! neweiz, i've been trying the "hard reset" for 4 days and just this noon, i succeeded. anyway, just wanna ask too...where can i get the bootloader .98 version? i cant understand how it will be loaded on the SD...im confused bro.
