How do I install a homescreen on O2 Xphone?

Just downloaded a few homescreens but I am unsure of how to install them on my phone. Can someone offer some help please?

Home scrrens are in .hme format

Using Activsync place the file in StorageWindowsStart Menu Accessories then go to your accessories folder and run the file you see there.

If you are only changing the backdrop then you can place this in

StorageApplication DataHome
