Media Player 9 Skin

I didnt see a section to post Windows media player skins, and I gave it a shot making one last night.

This is my first try at making one, let me know what you think =^.^=

Obviously it's based of the Windows media player 9 Default skin ~.^

Btw, I'm not going to give support on how to install this, so dont bother posting here. The answer is on the board already ;P

I can't unpack RAR files due to needing the IT departments permission to do pretty much anything with my (well, their...) computer, so I don't know what the actual skin's like. The image looks pretty cool though- nice & clean, and I presume that video files take up the big area in the middle?

Personally, I only really use Media Player for music, so I prefer my skins to be more frivolous than functional, but I think yours is definitely better looking than the default one, especially for video playback (which seems to be more of an afterthought on the default skin.)

Oh i didnt even think about the rar >.

As for the video playback it actually takes up the whole width of the screen, like the following image =) I made it like that for higher resolution, but the sides are there to make it look nice when not playing back a video file. (Also when playing somthing, the title info and such goes by on the top, just not in the example)

But yes, shortly after I made the skin, i found another program to play video files about 3 times better, and faster >.<'~!! psh, oh well.

I'll still be useing this for musid playback, and maby, i'll make one that is more taylored at being a music player than a video player ~.^
