E200 - Sending and receiving photo messages always fails?

Everytime I try to send or receive a photo message my E200 has the G icon in the top right hand corner and seems to be doing something but it always seems to fail.

The message I get in my MMS inbox is "The download of this message was interupted. To try again, press menu, and then press send/ receive". When I try this it still doesn't work.

Anyone have any ideas????????????

You may want to check that Orange has enabled mms on your account

Working now thanks. I don't know why they didn't automatically turn it on when I sorted out my GPRS package? Odd.
