Saving/Capturing Streamed Video?

Does anyone know of a way of either saving or capturing live streamed video from Windows Media Player on a PC :?:

I know that sometimes (with some formats) I've been able to find the video file in "Temporary Internet Files", but with Window Media I can't seem to do that :?

Is there any software that will let you "capture" it in real time :?:
