First of all that would be illegal, unless he actually owned the gba version. And even then in most countries it would be a no-no (not going into that discussion again tho...)

Second of all gnuboy doesn't support GBA games!

It's more likely for someone to make a cyber pet sim (or some other simple sim enviroment) rather than a full blown Sims title.
