Guest Hax Posted March 20, 2004 Report Posted March 20, 2004 Hi guys, Yesterday I installed the E200 update onto my E200 (no surprises there eh?) Anyways, since doing that, I've not been able to get a GPRS connection at all Anyone else had this problem? Or even better - anyone know how I can fix this? Any help much appreciated, Hax
Guest serialkillazzs Posted March 20, 2004 Report Posted March 20, 2004 Have u the automatically got settings with the new update, but more importantely have u got the magic 'G' symbol on your homescreen at the top.

Guest Hax Posted March 21, 2004 Report Posted March 21, 2004 Hi guys - thanks for your replies. Yes, I did have the 'G' symbol - both the one in the centre and the one in the top-right by the signal status - it just wouldn't get passed the "Connecting" stage... Anyway - I hard-reset the phone again and all's "magically" working now... Guess I was just unlucky and some settings hadn't quite taken after the installation of the update... So, I'm an almost happy bunny now - except for the annoying way the GPRS connection drops when you lock the handset... How useless is that? Use to like just leaving MSN running and if someone wanted me they could get hold of me - now it renders it failrly useless... /rant mode off Hax
