Divert With-held Numbers WITHOUT Ringing

I really need to find a way of diverting incoming caller with-held number to my SPV100 WITHOUT the phone ringing even once. Does anybody know a way of diverting them to my voicemail. Can anybody write a little program that will do this for me? Ta.
