using SPV with a laptop on o2

Hi,

I have my spv on o2 with 300txts and unlimited wap usuage... How can i use that wap on my laptop... i.e. i want to access the internet thru my fone using my unlimited wap... how's it done? :)

This has been covered in the article section, check out the section on connections for pc. the only difference is the modem string. try using [+cgdcont=1,"IP","payandgo.o2.co.uk","",0,0] (without the []) and you'll need to set up a proxy in internet explorer. I suggest entering the ip 193.113.200.195 into your settings. Using the article in the article sections and the 2 bits of info I just posted, you should be up and running in no time. BTW expect connection speeds to be about 6k. and through wap you can only browse web pages. It's not really a data connection, so no MSN or anything. Hope this helps. I used the above settings with a few tweaks and it worked fine.
