Help needed: SPV stuck

I was hoping someone can help me out her, as my new spv e200, is stuck on the windows media screen, its been like that for a hour or so.

Would i have to do a reset or something?

Sounds like you might have to.

Theres two sorts of reset,soft which is just turning the phone on and off or >>Hard Reset<< which sets the phone into the state it left the factory in.A hard reset will wipe any info or data that isnt backed up.Theres always the option of taking the battery out and putting it back in but its not the best way of solving problems,done it myself a few times and never had any bad stuff happen but thats a personal thing some people dont like doing it .

Ive tried removing the battery and it still gets stuck on the windows media picture, how do i do a hard reset then?

I had a quick search but its all too much on a sunday........

i know the feeling! i tried installing Pockettv for 30 mins yesterday before i found out it was the pocket pc version.sounds like youre going to have to plough through and read up a bit if you want your phone working.

Ive connected the phone to the cradle but it wont sync.....

Um dont worry, i was having a blonde moment, i skipped past the unlock instructions and found the hard reset ones :roll:
