I'am searching a software to make good video with SPV E200

If someone know a good software for SPV E200 that use camera of the SPV to capture video and compress them in avi with a good frame rate, because the software already installed make video but with bad quality of image and a low frame rate.

There is no other software, than the one pre-installed!
