Headphone socket on SPV'S

Does anyone know a company who sell convertors to allow a normal 3.5mm headphone plug to be used in the SPV's little adaptor.

Failing that do you know any companies who sell headphones for the SPV. I have seen one but they are retailing at £14.99 which seems a little expensive for something that comes free with the unit.
