Guest super-ted123 Posted March 22, 2004 Report Posted March 22, 2004 how do i record something on my spv e200, and then save that as a ringtone? ive transfered some audio files on the the spv, is it possible to make them as a tone? cheers!
Guest Disco Stu Posted March 23, 2004 Report Posted March 23, 2004 Do you mean by using the Voice Notes function ? After you record something it's saved in My Docs / Notes as a .wav so I assume if you use Windows Sound Recorder to convert to PCM 22,050 Hz, 8 Bit, Mono format you should have no problem (the phone saves as GSM 6.10 8,000 Hz, Mono - don't know if that will work as a ringtone) - just cut & paste into Storage / Application Data / Sounds. :)
Guest m1.carson Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 Hi, you will need to convert them to .WAV format before you upload them, I've cut mine to approx. 30 secs each and that's about a Meg dependent on quality and put them in storage card/sounds/ . This is now the fourth time today I've advertised this prog. go to :- www.jeyo.com and download their Personal Organizer for free it let's you change wallpaper, sounds, themes & program order
