Guest ruhande Posted March 23, 2004 Report Posted March 23, 2004 Can someone please make a plugin that shows Power Calendar instead of the implemented calendar? Power Calendar has a lot of nice features like tasks, reminder icons and other stuff that would be great to have on the homescreen. :)
Guest Santa Fe Posted March 23, 2004 Report Posted March 23, 2004 They promise it will be available in a future version. I agree it would be very useful.
Guest ferret Posted March 23, 2004 Report Posted March 23, 2004 Why do you need a plugin, this works fine on mine! Remove the calendar link from your start menu, (cut it to a back up folder or something) NOTE: I had to app unlock my e200 to do this Browse to IPSM or Storage / windows / start menu and rename "Power Calender.lnk" to just "Calendar.lnk" Restart phone Click on the plugin and it'll take you to power calendar instead, it even changes the icon in the MRU :)
Guest ruhande Posted March 23, 2004 Report Posted March 23, 2004 Thanks, ferret, I have tried your solution on my Qtek7070 (SP2002) and it works fine in the Start menu. But when I click on the plugin it still takes me to the original calendar. The plugin probably refers to the .exe-file in Windows instead of the link in Start menu. If your plugin opens Power calendar maybe you could post your .xml with the plugin?
Guest ferret Posted March 23, 2004 Report Posted March 23, 2004 Hmm, this might be a e200 workaround then. I'm using the the orange plugin. Will post the plugin later on when I'm on my PC, but to be honest I doubt it'll work. Posted from my SmartPhone!
Guest Santa Fe Posted March 23, 2004 Report Posted March 23, 2004 Doesn't work on the i600 either (if I did it right). Nice idea though.
