Any way to increase earpiece volume above max on Compal?

I am having withdraw from a few select features of my MPx200 after switching to a Compal Red-E. The one that bothers me most is the call volume. I have to push the phone against my ear while in the car in order to hear anyone. Is there a way (possibly a registry hack or something) to increase to volume of the speaker during a call. I already have the earpiece volume set to the max it will go, but it still just isn't loud enough for me. Any help out there? Thanks.
