Simple "Hello Program"

Hello,

I've just downloaded the Visual Embedded C++ development suite from Microsoft and the associated tools etc. from the links given here :-

and attempted to produce a simple "Hello World" program (sample prog. ) for my smartphone. I think you'll probably find this a bit basic to say the least but I'm not a programmer and was just playing out of interest. I've done a bit of Visual C++ before. I compiledBuilt the prog. and just assumed I could copy the .exe to my smartphone and it would work. The prob. is, it says 'Access Denied' if I try to execute it thru Smart Explorer. Any ideas where i'm going wrong. Please be gentle I'm tip toeing on new territory here. :? Thanks in advance.
