Guest Twain Posted March 24, 2004 Report Posted March 24, 2004 Hi, I'm currently after an xda 2 and thinking about just getting a new contract on o2, and just leaving my orange contract to finish then cancel at the end of the 12 months, was just wondering whats the cheapes tariff i'm able to drop mine down too? i'm currently on talk 200 or whatever its known as now, also whats the number for orange to change my tariff. TIA! :)
Guest squall Posted March 24, 2004 Report Posted March 24, 2004 oh and i believe Orange cheapest tariff is anytime 30 which is £15 pm
Guest mcwarre Posted March 24, 2004 Report Posted March 24, 2004 The cheapest tarriff (apart from OVP Virgin which will incurr costs) is OVP Eq to T-Mobile Freetime 750 at £13.99 a month.
Guest stevewright Posted March 24, 2004 Report Posted March 24, 2004 How about the HSCSD tariff @ £10 a month? Is it still available?
Guest smokedog Posted March 24, 2004 Report Posted March 24, 2004 HSD is the cheapest, but you will need a HSD compatible handset.
Guest mcwarre Posted March 24, 2004 Report Posted March 24, 2004 If you are within the first 12 months of a contract and change to HSCSD tarrif will O not charge you penalty clauses (similar to those switching to Virgin tarrif)???
Guest Twain Posted March 24, 2004 Report Posted March 24, 2004 Excellent, thanks for the help, hopefully will have my xda 2 soon then! :)

Guest Twain Posted March 24, 2004 Report Posted March 24, 2004 Just been looking at that, i posted something about divx as its the format i use most, but not had much luck finding out about it on ppc, if you know of anything including settings for virtual dub like eastmans settings for the spv let me know, really wanna get some smooth big screen films goin on it!!! :) How are you finding the xda 2? i've only had a quick play on a mates and loved it, but have wanted a pda phone mix for a while because will come in handy at work.
Guest squall Posted March 24, 2004 Report Posted March 24, 2004 ppc templates are available for almost all programs - check out the makers web site. One of the benefits of ppcpe over smartphone!
