NeoSpeech Announces Software Developer's Kit for Microsoft Windows Mobile and Windows CE; NeoSpeech SDK Brings Advanced Text-to-Speech to Compact Devices

SAN FRANCISCO --(Business Wire)-- March 24, 2004 NeoSpeech, a provider of speech technologies for hand-held, desktop and network applications, today announced the availability of its software developer's kit (SDK) for Windows Mobile and Windows CE. The SDK enables developers to create high quality Text-to-Speech (TTS)-enabled applications for small handheld devices, including mobile phones, smart phones and PDAs.
