My SPV E100 seems to have developed stuck pixel or maybe even two together on the left edge of the screen towards the top.

I don't have handset insurance and the phone is about 8 months old. Should I contact Orange about this ?

Any advice ?

Phone Orange CS and ask them to send you two replacement pixels.

That's gotta be worth a laugh :)

they will not replace the phone with dead pixels...

there has to be a certain percentage of dead pixels before they will replace.

If you've got Orange Care, sit the phone on the radiator for half an hour. Then pop it in the freezer whilst turned on, the condensation will kill it for sure.

Of course this depends on whether £15 is worth it for a few dead pixels?

...it was £30 buy-in for a non-smartphone mobile. Anyways, I have 9 months to go before I can get another free new phone so no worries. If this one packs up in the meantime, I'll use my old one whilst it is repaired by Moto under warranty :)
