cant get configuration wizard to work.

please help

i have just got myself a spv e200 handset. i have installed outlook 2002 and activesync 3.7.1. when it comes to the configuration set up it tells me that i have no device connected. can any one help me get past this problem. many thanks

Did you install Activsync before connecting the phone to the pc?

Also try disabling your firewall if you use one as Norton has been known to cause conflicts.
