IR beam problems

Hi guys

im having trouble with my IR

sometimes it sends sometimes not.

sometimes it recieves and some not. it will be in the sitting when this happens.

its very frustrating

i hard reset my phone thinking it had somethin to do with that but no difference.

Now i need a way to backup my programs/speeddials so when i do resync after a hard reset everything goes back.
