Hands Free headsets..(not blue tooth)

I seem to be getting a lot of complaints from folks that I call when I am using my handsfree headset (not bluetooth).

Additionally a number of headsets that work on other phone seem to have issues with this phone, no sound or caller cant hear me or just general complaings of poor quality.

Is a 3 band plug required (some of mine are 2 band)

Any suggestions for headsets that work well, I prefer the Jabras
