button sticking on e200, help!!?

when texting the number 4 button repeatedly goes through the selections and i cant stop it. any ideas on how to restrict this? or correct it? only good thing out of it my text message bill has gone down from 2000 texts a month to 20,lol

Send it in for repairs. Keys sticking, keys with poor response, and off-center joystick are all problems that can easily be corrected by a simple keypad and keypad switch swap...
