New Contract E200 Worth Considering??

Hi there,

Ive been looking through the posts trying to find out which phone people have... if they are happy with it? What phone do they wish they had and so on. I need to get a contract (Spending to much on payg), i had the original SPV, but it had to go back, however, after reading all the info on this site i am still impressed with the E200. To those of you who do own it, do you like it?

There are a lot of posts stating the problems etc, but are you glad you did buy it. Im not too fussed about the new phones that are round the corner, just what is available at the present. I spoke to a man in the Orange shop and he said i couldn't use the Microsoft Messenger on the E200 cos orange didn't support it!! Also he said it would be difficult to get Hotmail working on the E-Mail, i think this is strange.

The phone is free, and i get 500 texts a month aswell, i think all in all thats a bargain, what ya think???

I like my e200 despite all the cons. Another task for you is to read the update posts to see if you want to upgrate to the latest ROM (if it's not included).

I use Messenger with no problems, and people have accessed hotmail (I don't use it thought). And you can even get hotmail email to your phones inbox if you cough up for Plus :wink:

Can you afford the O2 XDA2? If you can get that. I know next year I'm gonna get the XDA3 (well lets face it theres gonna be one) instead of another smartphone. That will replace my PDA too.
