Guest azamsaghir Posted March 27, 2004 Report Posted March 27, 2004 Hello! I would like to launch Windows Media Player with 'Shuffle' mode active as default. Is there a Registry Tweak that can achieve that? I am using Orange SPV E100 (Smartphone 2002). Any advice much appreciated. Regards Azam
Guest Simon Desser Posted March 27, 2004 Report Posted March 27, 2004 Doesn't simply ticking the "Shuffle Box" in settings do that :?:
Guest azamsaghir Posted March 27, 2004 Report Posted March 27, 2004 On my device when I tick the 'Shuffle' box in Settings it stays in that state until I close the Player. On the next launch of Windows Media Player the 'Shuffle' appears unticked. Try it yourself. I always listen in 'Shuffle' mode so it is a pain if Windows Media Player cannot remember the last user settings. I'm wondering if this behaviour is by design. Thanks Azam
Guest Simon Desser Posted March 28, 2004 Report Posted March 28, 2004 On my E200, it remembers the "Shuffle" settings, even after rebooting the phone. But you're right, on my E100, the box is unticked every time you close WMP down :?
