SPV 2002 SMS bomber problem

Hi, I have SPV 2002 and I bought new Pop card from Polish new GSM net, and I have big problem. After I put my card into phone I recieved 50 SMS in one hour. Other phones (not SPV) have no this problem. If other devices have no this problem, so I understand, that SPV have some additional functions to read those messages. Could anybody help me to switch off this functionality or does exist any program to block or delete?

hi witek,

sounds pretty much like a cellbroadcast problem. go to settings/phone/channels and disable all channels there.

No, unfortunately I still recieve messages. They begin from slash "/P" "/Graff_zdrowie" etc.

In worst way, I'll resign from this card and I'll have to delete 169 (at this moment) SMSes from inbox.

I have the same problem here when I used my SPV in China 5 months ago. Over 300 messages in 2 hours......

you can delete all of them in 1 go with space maker

(go into orang folder, help, tips and tricks, try)
