How to prevent Action button from answering call

I have this issue with the phone. Whenever sonmeone calls, it will pick up the call when i remove it from my horizontal casing because it depress the action button.

I have checked many times in the setting>phone>call option> Anykey answer box is uncheck.

Is there a workaround to this as i want to see who is calling before answering the call.

Anyway to deactivate the action key only when calls are made???

I don't think there's a proper way around this - and hence you can't put the bloody thing in your pocket. The only suggestion I can make is to enable phone lock via Settings/Secutiry which is a pain in arse but kind of gets round the problem.

tried that. even with phone lock, presing the action button would answer the call. Sigh, looks like got to live with it, unless someone introduce a fix.

There's no fix available at the moment, but if someone finds one there'll be a lot of happy people (hint hint software developers :!: )

Well if the list of these msg is long enough, it might catch someone interest. he he.

now got to use the krusell casing or go naked (the phone i mean :) )so that the phone does not accidently gets pickup.

This is also causing me to lose calls as apparantly my phone is answering itself without even getting time to ring - I guess the Action button is depressed whilst in the case.

I guess I'm going to have to invest in a case where this can't happen but I still think this is bad design. What's the point is a keylock if this can still happen.
