Guest MaximilianWeisheit Posted April 1, 2004 Report Posted April 1, 2004 i guess voicestream/t-mobile never cared to announce this, because i have been texting back and forth with voicestream (now t-mobile) form the US to europe (germany, uk, france, belgium) since 1999. and allways worked fine!!! i guess at&t announced it because it is a new service with the whole GSM migration which they are doing at the moment.

Paying $39.99 a month and getting 1000 minutes free free calling everyday between 9pm to 7am. free calling on 3 day weekend running from thursday 9pm until monday 7am Then additional $2.99 per month for 300 text msg free. and that's pretty much all i need. Is that expensive? Are the plans in UK a lot cheaper?
Guest smith2001 Posted April 3, 2004 Report Posted April 3, 2004 i think other than the fact your plans charge to recieve calls, your plans kick ass i get 200 mins anynetwork any time 50 free sms 120 sms for £8 5mb GPRS, 10 sms, 20 MMS and 5 video msg's for £6 Orange care for £5 £49, as u can see, yours kick ass
