HELP: no "ABC"

guys,

one of my friends have this problem with his SAP...he can't compose sms, can't compose notes on orneta..his "ABC" (shown on the right top side) when his going to compose a text just disappeared...only the signal bar and the battery bar is being shown...so only numerics is possible to create.

(he told me he just left his SAP charged overnight)

have you encountered this problem?...

I've encountered similar problem in my SAP. I believe, andun pa din yung ABC, the problem is that di lang na-refresh yung screen. Andun pa din yung icon ng "charging". Kailangan lang niya i-restart fone niya.

we've tried to restart the unit several times pa nga...sa orneta nga ganun din ang problem wla yung "ABC" tapos sa ibang situations din, say, sms tools, wla na rin yung "ABC"...lahat puro battery icon..kaya numerals lang ang kaya nyang i-create.

but the "*" and the "#" buttons are working fine. sa pag-create lang ng message di nag-wowork yang dalawang buttons na yan.

ano pa nga ba kundi hard reset....

but it remains a mystery til now kung bakit nagkaganon..
