Hard Reset MIO 8390?

well need to hard reset my phone, been playing up this weekend... any1 know how to hard reset? coz i am lost on how to do it.

Hello,

Hardreset 8390:

1. power phone off

2. hold down "Arrow Down" and power on (it should vibrate and you will get into bootloader)

3. go to "Memory Test"

4. select "NAND-Format" and press "Action Key"
