HAving problems setting this up. Using the Ipaq connection manager I have paired the two devices and now have SSA and Serial Port 6 available on the Ipaq connection manager. On the E200 I have enabled COM6 (but not 7) in the e200

Now I have Bluetooth Dial Up Modem dialling *99#

When I dial, I get the two line arrows on the E200 but the Ipaq eventually says cant connect. So they're speaking but not properly

Any suugestions?

Thanks

I managed to sort mine out in the end...

setup a brand new bluetooth internet connection

pretty much the same as before, except no manual dial string.

put the dial string in the "advanced" section instead, starting from the +CGDCONT=1 bit

untick "wait for dial tone"

baud rate 57600

Then, if I remember correctly, I went into bluetooth and told it to connect to the internet using a phone. Unspecified or unknown phone, then picked the Smartphone from the bonded devices, then selected my new dialer.

soft reset the Ipaq and reboot your e200 and try again....

works 98% of the time. sometimes it fails and needs the phone or Ipaq rebooted. It'll even dial if the e200 is already connected on MSN (which it never did before) and hang up the e200 GPRS connection to make a new one.....

so much better than pasting in the manual dial string every time!
