MPX200 on o2

My phone works fine on o2 now it is unlocked, except when i try to use pocket internet explorer or msn messenger. I have adapted the settings to the relevent o2 requirements (gprs) but every time i attempt a connection the phone says 'unable to place call'. The signal strength is fine. Anyone any ideas. Any help greatly appreciated, thanks John

Possibly a wrong APN.

What type of SIM do you have - Contract, Genie or prepaid ?
