Create a partnership with an already used phone?

Hi there,

my question may sound strange.

In few words, my phone strangely hanged when taking a call, after rebooting the phone, a lot of things disappeared (partnership, themes, sounds, signature was back, etc...) but other stayed (applications, emails and sms).

I know that there are some things that are deleted/reset when making a new partnership. My fear is to loose the SMS. Will they be deleted when creating a new partnership? Or is there a way to recover the one existing on the main computer without creating a new one?

Also, are SMSCool and Smartphone Studio the only solutions to archive the sms on the computer? Is there a solution to synchronise them in Outlook?

I've never lost anything when creating a new partnership with activesync.

However it does seem your phone has decided to do a partial reset.
