Guest James Posted March 30, 2004 Report Posted March 30, 2004 firstly.. i sh*t you not, i have not got ONE spam using this over the last week! i was sick to death getting 100+ junk e-mails every day and the filters i have were not working very well  BUT!...i have just discovered the best Spam filter i have ever come across.... Its called SpamArrest and i works like a charm! you have to manually approve things like order acks form websites but this does not bother me. i thought i would just be a crappy filter so i took up the 30 day trial...WOW! its so clever how it works. just needed to share it with everyone. Also if anyone signs up then i get referal bonuses :) Check it out HERE.
Guest lutzh Posted March 30, 2004 Report Posted March 30, 2004 ...i normally don't like offers with affilliate links behind it. mostly its crap. but if you say it's good i may give it a try.... cheers, lutz
Guest James Posted March 30, 2004 Report Posted March 30, 2004 yeah i know... same here! but when i tried it i had signed up within 2 days....
Guest Dr_StrangeTrick Posted March 31, 2004 Report Posted March 31, 2004 Another good one (we recommend this to our customers) and it works (120 spam per day to none) http://www.messagecleaner.com/ Does not require any software to be loaded on your machine, only costs £3.50 per month per mailbox, they also give you three levels of anti-virus protection and the first month is free :) . Its rule defined but the default rules work a treat and you can 'authorise' legit emails through the web based manager and they will then get released. Its all web based so you can manage your account from anywhere and it stops the emails before they get to your ISP
Guest Posted April 1, 2004 Report Posted April 1, 2004 I use http://www.spampal.org/>Spampal- it's a software spam filter and I find it works really well. Oh, and it's free!
