how do i move an icon (PHM Reg Edit) from the programs list to the accessories list?

you do not need to use PHM Reg Edit for moving icons. If you have Smart Explorer (Binary's) use that instead. if you don't i suggest you download it. once you do, just go to IPSM/Windows/Start Menu/"programname.Ink" and select it (press '*'). then press '1' to cut, and navigate to IPSM/Windows/Start Menu/Accessories. Press '3' to paste it there. (you can also select multiple and cut&paste...you can also choose to copy&paste if you want it at both places)
