Anyone know how to backup GPRS and MMS settings?

hey all,

i was playing around with my smartphone and lost my gprs and mms settings that came preloaded on the phone.....anyone here know how to back them up so that next time i decide to do a firmware upgrade at least i dont lose my settings?

I'm not aware of any way apart from the GPRS repository and a pen and paper. :)

How good are you with rapiconfig (part of the SDK)? It's possible to create an xml doc to query parameters which get dumped into a new xml doc. A little editing and you can use this to set configuration.

If there are some willing volunteers with phones on multiple networks, ie o2, orange etc who are willing to send me some reg keys, it should be possible to create a fully generic 'downloader'.

I'll investigate further next week.
