Contacts lost after SPV E200 ROM Update. PLS HELP!

I last sync my phone about 2 days back. After that I upgraded the ROM from a friends system, as my system was unable to complete it even after a dozen attempts. Now all my previous contacts and calendar data is missing from the phone. When trying to Sync with my system I am prompted to setup a new partnership....tried the name I previously used, and was told that it already exists. I do see the contacts in Outlook, however I am not sure on how to restore the same to my phone. If I do setup a new partnership, will I be able to restore my contacts? Can somebody pls guide me thru the steps I need to take....kewldude

Yeah. you can either delete the partnership or create a new partnership. It'll copy the data over the first time you sync.
