I've taken a video that shows the phone locking up, it's available at this URL:

It's taken with a Canon digital camera so you might have to install Quicktime in order to view it.

In the video, the first call is to show that the phone is working and in service. Then I place the phone on a D-Link DI-804V VPN router, and call into the phone again. As soon as the phone detects the incoming call, it locks up, and can only be rebooted by removing the battery.

I have taken my phone to the local O2 service center, and every single phone at the service center that were in for repairs had the exact same problem. But I have seen some new units in the shops that don't have this problem...
