My MPX200 died on me yesterday - the usual lock up on the Hello Moto screen.

Rang customer services - straight away without asking further questions etc - was offered a Nokia 6600 as replacement. Accepted , due to reading that everyone else on here seems to have had the same problem , and was told it would be couriered to me today (Sunday) between 9 and 1. 115 arrived and still no delivery!

Rang customer dis-service and was told delivery had been cancelled as they didnt have a manual for the phones. Asked them where the call was to advise me of this and was told ' glitch in their software and that the only time they find out is when the customer calls!'. Tried to get a phone from one of the orange shops and was told couldnt do that , asked when phone would now be delivered and was told that I would have to call back tomorrow after 9. Told them I wasnt happy about this and asked to speak to a supervisor, was told one would call back in half an hour. 2pm came and still no call , rang yet again - on hold for ages. Finally got through to someone and was told options available were Nokia 7250i , Nokia 6600 or the Treo, advised them that as my pc doesnt have bluetooth or infrared that that meant I would have to buy the said item for around £50 , again advised that this was not fair as I'd purchased the MPX to link in with outlook via usb and that I felt they should pay for this along with my well over an hours worth of calls from my land line. The guy I spoke to at this point said they would pay the phone bill providing I sent them an itemised phone bill, but still nothing about the cable or the fact ive now been 2 days without a mobile and no idea of when I would be getting a replacement!

Overall I'm not impresssed with their customer support!

Oh how i wish I had stayed with O2!

I love the way they charge you £13 if you're not there to accept the delivery but refuse to give you £13 off your next bill when they don't show.
