Other way to unlock (software) SPV than OTA

Does somebody knows if there is also another way to unlock (software) your spv than the OTA (developers orange way)? I would like that so that i dont ve to take an one month fee to connect to the internet what you ve to do when you want to unlock the spv.

You can decert with the Orange developers site by using your pc's internet and passthrough.
