headset mode override?

I was wondering if this would be possible? my spv's stuck in headset mode and nothing ive tried will unlock it so can you dissable the trip switch??

i read some where on modaco that othere ppl have same problem

thanks for the help but that was not the point i am getting at

i was hoping there is a way to modify the phones rom to ovveride the headset switch and allow you to change the profile
