My SPV E200 don't want...

Help me ! After installing several softwares my spv didn't want to start any applications. The message error is something like " [...] or your disk is full". I restarted many times without result, the window is blocked at "Windows Mobile".

I would like to know HOW TO HARD RESET my spv E200 ?

I would like to know HOW TO REINSTALL as it was at the first time, when get it ?
