Need Homescreen Windows Mobile 2003

I had downloaded this from some place I don't know now where and it had the default homescreen of 2003 and had the date display on the right side of time, plus it had SMS, MMS and EMAIL counters.

I recently did a hard reset and lost it.

Does anyone have this homescreen? I am presuming I got it from here but now I can't locate it in the searches I have done. I need the time plus MMS counters which is what is missing on my screen now, got the default wallpaper.

Nopes, its not PPC Bliss. I am attaching the gif image. I just need the xml file which gives me the date on to the right of time plus if possible counter for MMS along with SMS and Email.
