Developer Privileged certificate's use?

I have 2 queries. Would be helpful if some can give an answer:

* What's a Developer Privileged certificate used for? Can we use it to excute privileged API's on our individual smartphone device ?

* Does the Orange SPV E200 allow us to push the locally created Developer certificate to the device's privileged execution trust store?

Dont tell me it doesn't :evil: .This certification stuff is just a load of cr%p, just to let the operator extort some cash from developers, in the guise of providing security.

Still looking for answers to the first question about execution of privileged API's.

for Imate 8010,8020 etc Security Unlocker can be used to run privileged apis.

Dunno if it works on other SPs.
