IntelliGolf® Announced for Microsoft Windows Mobile-based Smartphones for Masters Golf Tournament

The release says for Windows Mobile Smartphones. Will this work with SP2002? I have a MPx200 and would love to use this software.

Sorry, I should explain a little more, I'm at work and cannot download and test the software until I get to my home PC.

Er, it's not a game is it?

I thought it was some golfers tool, telling your scores and stuff, and showing you where to find the little hole in the ground via GPS

Most novel use of GPS I've heard of really. It knows the course details, and it knows where you are, so it can tell you "whack it that way really bloody hard" and so on

Hello Ian;

 

Thank you for your email.  Yes, IntelliGolf for the Smartphone will "ship" this week :-).  It passed Microsoft's "Designed for Windows Mobile" compatibility testing last week and is being "signed" by Verisign today.  All looks great for release this week as planned.  Thanks for asking!

It looks like a fantastic product for all us golfers, a tad expensive at $40 but I'm going to pay ;) Plus a free trial available as well.

Now off to get me a bluetooth GPS unit, expensive business golf! :D
