Guest Palindrome Posted April 6, 2004 Report Posted April 6, 2004 Is there anyway to have the 'connect via bluetooth' option on the homescreen rather than having to go into Activesync? A shortcut using registry tweaking perhaps? How lazy am I?

Guest Palindrome Posted April 7, 2004 Report Posted April 7, 2004 Mapping to a key would be good. Like the record button for example. Didn't I read somewhere there was a registry tweak that would let you assign the record button to an app? I suppose the problem with that is that the settings part of the phone is a program rather than a shortcut (please correct me if I'm wrong). Oh, to have the knowhow to write plugins (like the alarm program being able to access Settings/Time&Date directly without moving through the settings manually). :D
Guest crafty Posted April 7, 2004 Report Posted April 7, 2004 Not exactly what you're after but i wrote a shortcut using key proxys to connect via Bt in this thread. Only works on an E200 cus it uses the Orange plugin. The lazy way is the best way :D
