Got a few mpx200 newbie questions

1. Everytime I set my backlight to Never it defaults back to 10secs when I do a soft reset.

2. Why do most midi's not play when I try to play them, just does a default ring instead of playing the actual midi file.

3. is there any way to alter the hellomoto image on bootup?

I don't have the Moto, but while I'm here.... :wink:

1. That's a bug - happens on the E200 all the time

2. Possibly the Moto only plays MID0 files. You may be trying to play MID1 or MID2 files. There are various freeware progs to convert between different formats but you'd lose some detail

3. Smart GV is the site you're looking for. Tweaking tools are what they're all about.

1, Are you using your headphones or changing your profiles at all?

2, As above Midi0 or wav for ringtones on the phone.

3, Nope as this is a rom protected image, you would have to hack the ROM to change this.

The Smartphone 2002 screen can be changed though.
